Elsa-TastsidouElsa Tastsidou completed her studies in Law at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and was awarded a postgraduate degree on Public Law from the Democritus University of Thrace. In 1996, she became a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association. In 2002, she became qualified to practice before the Greek Courts of Appeal.

Elsa handles a wide range of legal cases with particular expertise in Tax Law and Commercial Law. She specializes in income and inheritance taxation, real estate and M&A taxation.  She has extensive experience of tax litigation in a variety of cases before Greek Administrative (Tax) Courts and tax authorities. Elsa has also over 15 years experience as a lawyer working on all aspects of business Law. She provides specialist advice on a diverse range of business and commercial law issues. She is currently working with banks, public corporations and companies of all sizes.

Other areas of expertise:  Public Contracts, Public Procurement, Public and Private Partnerships, Aliens and Migration Law.

Elsa is industrious and target orientated with strong communication skills.

Emily-BrouzouEmily Brouzou was born in Athens and studied Law at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She is a member of the Bar Association of Thessaloniki since 1996. She is an attorney at Law before the Greek Courts of Appeal since 2002. She also studied journalism and mass media communication.

She has great experience as a lawyer handling a wide range of legal cases in all aspects of business Law.  She handles cases on civil law and commercial law. She provides specialist advice on property law, real estate, construction law, Hellenic Candastre law, Family law, dept collection, banking law and law enforcement.

Emily  accredited as a mediator from the A.D.R g (uk) at cases concerning Commercial and Civil Law.

In June 2013 participated in the European Patent Academy (E.P.O Berlin) Seminar “How to understand e.p.o search report and written opinions. She trained on patending in the technical field “mechanics”.

She has been working with Banks and construction companies since 1996.

In 2008 she published her book entitled "Practical Guide of Candastre ".
She speaks Greek (native) English (fluent) and German (spoken).
